မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကမ်းလွန်လုပ်ကွက်အသစ် အောင်သိင်္ခစီမံကိန်းမှ ၂၀၂၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပထမဦးဆုံး သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့ စတင်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ရေးအတွက် စွမ်းအင်ဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ  ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ PTTEP International Limited တို့ အကျိူးတူပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မယ်လို့ သိရပါ တယ်။

စွမ်းအင်ဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးကိုကိုလွင်သည် အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၀ ရက်က ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ PTTEP International Limited ၏ အမှုဆောင်အရာချုပ်ဖြစ်သူ Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul နှင့်အဖွဲ့ကို နေပြည်တော်ရှိ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနတွင်တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက  အဆိုပါကိစ္စ ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်တယ်လို့သိရပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပထမဦးဆုံး သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့ စတင်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ရေး ကြိုးစားဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး စာချုပ်များ အမြန်ဆုံးချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရေးအတွက် လည်း ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ လိုအပ်သည်များကို ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျက်ရှိတယ်လို့လည်း ဆက်လက် ပြောကြားတယ်လို့ စွမ်းအင်ဝန်ကြီးဌာနရဲ့ သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

အဆိုပါကမ်းလွန် အောင်သိင်္ခစီမံကိန်းသည်  ပြည်တွင်း လျှပ်စစ်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုတွင် အသုံးပြုရန် ရည်ရွယ်   ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် စီမံကိန်းအသစ်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့သိရပါတယ်။

PTTEP အမှုဆောင်အရာရှိချုပ်က အထွက် နှုန်းကျဆင်းနေသော ကမ်းလွန်စီမံကိန်းများဖြစ်သည့် ရတနာနှင့် ဇောတိကစီမံကိန်းများမှ သဘာဝ ဓာတ်ငွေ့တိုးမြှင့်ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ရေး တွင်းအသစ်များ  တူးဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည့်အခြေအနေကို တင်ပြခဲ့ရာ ဇောတိက စီမံကိန်းတွင် တူးဖော်နေသည့် တွင်းအသစ်များမှ သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့များ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် နှစ်ဆန်း ပိုင်းတွင်  စတင်ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက  တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့ကြောင်းလည်း သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက် မှာဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက အာမခံ ချက်ကောင်းမွန်သည့် ကမ်းလွန်စီမံကိန်းအသစ်များတွင်လည်း ရင်းနှီးမြှပ်နှံနိုင်ရန် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ရှိကြောင်းနှင့် တနင်္သာရီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ ကံပေါက်ဒေသမှ  တစ်ဆင့် ပြည်တွင်းနှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသို့ LNG တင်သွင်းသိုလှောင်ဖြန့်ဖြူးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများတွင်   လာ  ရောက်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံရန်လည်း PTTEP ကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

NAYPYIDAW – October 9, 2025 – Malaysia's Foreign Minister, Dato' Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan, has announced that his country will send observer missions for Myanmar's upcoming general election. The statement was made during a meeting with Myanmar's Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace  Commission, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, at the Military Guest House in Naypyidaw on the morning of October 9th.

During the meeting, the Malaysian Foreign Minister expressed his satisfaction with Myanmar's preparations for a multi-party general election. He affirmed that ASEAN would cooperate to best support Myanmar's efforts and advised that the election be inclusive, according to a statement from the Myanmar government.

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing noted that the announcement for the multi-party general election was first made in 2024 to provide ample preparation time for political dissidents and parties. He stated that the registration of political parties has been conducted in accordance with the law. He informed the minister that 57 legally registered political parties with over 5,000 candidates are expected to compete in the upcoming election.

The Senior General also discussed ongoing peace efforts, stating that ethnic armed organizations have been invited to join the political process. He highlighted that the military has issued 27 ceasefire declarations since 2018 and has extended three invitations to those involved in violent activities due to political disagreements to return to the political path.

Furthermore, he announced that a ceremony for the anniversary of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) will be held on October 15th. Leaders from NCA signatory ethnic armed groups, some leaders from non-signatory groups, and international witnesses are expected to attend.

The two officials also engaged in a frank discussion on a range of topics, including the current political developments in Myanmar and plans to ensure a free and fair election through the use of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machines (MEVMs). They also discussed holding the election in phases, the invitation of observer groups from neighboring countries and the international community, and Myanmar's commitment to continue on the democratic path post-election. The talks also covered Myanmar's positive cooperation within ASEAN, collaboration on humanitarian aid, and the promotion of international cooperation.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary of the Commission and Joint Chief Executive Officer, General Ye Win Oo, and by a Commission member and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, U Than Swe. The Malaysian delegation included the Special Envoy of the ASEAN Chair to Myanmar, Tan Sri Othman Hashim, and other officials.

NAY PYI TAW, Myanmar (September 19, 2025)-In a significant diplomatic gesture, Timor-Leste has pledged to the Myanmar government that it will not allow organizations opposing the government to open offices or conduct illegal protest activities within its borders. The promise was made by Mr. Bendito dos Santos Freitas, Timor-Leste's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, during a working visit to Myanmar's capital.

The commitment was reportedly given to Myanmar’s Foreign Minister U Than Swe on September 18, according to an official press release from Myanmar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The statement also noted that Minister Freitas extended an invitation for Myanmar to open an embassy in Dili, the capital of Timor-Leste.

During the meeting, the two foreign ministers emphasized their shared commitment to enhancing diplomatic relations based on the principles of the ASEAN Charter. They agreed to bolster ties while strictly adhering to the principle of non-interference in each other’s internal affairs.

Discussions also included potential agreements to boost cooperation, such as a visa exemption agreement for diplomatic and special passport holders and a separate visa exemption agreement to promote tourism between the two nations.

Minister Freitas and his delegation were in Myanmar for a working visit from September 17 to September 19, 2025.

အသက် ၇၆ နှစ်အရွယ်ရှိတဲ့ သက်ဆင်ဟာ ၂၀၀၁ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၀၆ ခုနှစ်အထိ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

သူဟာ ၁၅ နှစ်ကျော်ကြာ ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်ခံယူပြီးနောက် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ်လမှာ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံကို ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။
