Myanmar Red Cross sends out its' condolences after a Red Cross nurse was shot and killed .


U Mg Mg Win Saing, aged 49, who lived in Mandalay Division, Mandalay Province,Chan Myae Tharzi Township was selling betel- nuts in his shop next to his home , when he was suddenly shot and killed on the 29th of November, at 10:30 AM in the morning.


U Mg Mg Win Saing was a member and a second brigade commander of the Chan Myae Tharzi Township Red Cross Nursing brigade and was a dedicated charity worker for the brigade .Upon losing such a dedicated member,  the Myanmar Red Cross sends it deepest condolences to the bereaved family . His colleuges expressed their disbelieve that a person who was so dedicated to his work and well-liked by all was cruelly killed.
