လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆယ်စုနှစ်များစွာအတွင်း၌ ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံသည် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ အကြမ်းဖက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် နက်ရှိုင်းစွာပါဝင်ပတ်သက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း စာအုပ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဝန်ခံမှုများနှင့် စစ်ရေး  ကြေညာ     ချက်များက ထင်ဟပ်နေတယ်လို့ အိန္ဒိယ မီဒီယာများက စာအုပ်များကို ကိုးကား ရေးသားခဲ့ကြ ပါတယ်။

ယင်းတို့ကိုးကားတဲ့ စာအုပ်တွေထဲမှာ အထင်ရှားဆုံးက "The Spy Chronicles" စာအုပ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။  အဲဒီစာအုပ်ကို စာရေးဆရာတွေဖြစ်ကြတဲ့ A.S. အဲဒီအပြင် နိုင်ငံရေးခေါင်းဆောင်အချို့ရဲ့ ဝန်ခံချက်တွေကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်ဖော်ထုတ်သုံးသပ်ထားပါတယ်။  အဲဒီအထဲမှာ တစ်ဦးကတော့ ပါကစ္စတန်ရဲ့ ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဟောင်း ခါဝါဂျာမူဟာမက်အာဆစ်ဖြစ်ပြီး  “ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ဒီလိုညစ်ပတ်တဲ့အလုပ်တွေကို အမေရိကန်နှင့် ဗြိတိန်အပါအဝင် အနောက်နိုင်ငံတွေ အတွက် ဆယ်စုနှစ် သုံးစုကျော်လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်” လို့ ပြောထားတယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။

အဲဒီအပြင် ပါကစ္စတန် ပန်ဂျပ်ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် နာဂျမ်ဆက်သီနှင့် အကြီးတန်း နာဂျမ်ဆက်သီတို့ကလည်း ၂၆/၁၁ မွမ်ဘိုင်းတပ်ချ် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုမှာ ပါကစ္စတန်ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ ပြောဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ပါကစ္စတန်သမ္မတဟောင်း ပါဗက်မူရှာရက်ကလည်း “ ၁၉၉၀ပြည့်နှစ်တွင် ကက်ရှ်မီးယား၌ လွတ်မြောက်ရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှုစတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအချိန်မှာ Lashkar-e-Taiba နှင့် အခြားသော အဖွဲ့အစည်း ၁၁ဖွဲ့ သို့မဟုတ် ၁၂ ဖွဲ့ခန့်တို့ကိုဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့က သူတို့ကိုထောက်ခံခဲ့တယ်။ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခဲ့တယ်” လို့ ပြောဆိုခဲ့ ပါတယ်။ ထို့အပြင် အခြားသော နိုင်ငံရေးသမားအချို့၏ ပါကစ္စတန်ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်နေတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ပြောဆို  ချက်တွေကိုလည်း သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်မှာ ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ယခုအခါ အိန္ဒိယနှင့် ပါကစ္စတန်တို့အကြား တင်းမာမှုတွေ ဆက်လက်ပြင်းထန်လာနေပါတယ်။ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဧပြီ ၂၂ ရက်က  အိန္ဒိယ-အုပ်ချုပ်တဲ့  ကာရှ်မီးယားဒေသရှိ ပဟာလ်ဂမ်မြို့၌ ခရီးသွားများကို ပစ်ခတ်သတ်ဖြတ်  မှုကြောင့်  အဓိကအားဖြင့် ဟိန္ဒူဘာသာဝင် ခရီးသွား ၂၆ ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အိန္ဒိယအစိုးရက ပါကစ္စတန်   ကို အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတွင် ပါဝင်တယ်လို့စွပ်စွဲခဲ့ပြီး  ပါကစ္စတန်အစိုးရအဆိုပါ စွပ်စွဲချက်ကို ငြင်းဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Nay Pyi Taw, May 5 —Chairman of the State Administration Council and Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing will soon depart for the Russian Federation on an official goodwill visit at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

During the visit, the Senior General will attend the 80th Anniversary Commemoration of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941–1945), taking place in Moscow. He is also expected to participate in related events and hold bilateral meetings with attending world leaders.

The visit aims to further strengthen bilateral ties between Myanmar and Russia across key sectors including diplomatic relations, economic cooperation, and security.

Joining the official delegation is Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, wife of the Chairman and Prime Minister. She will accompany the trip at the invitation of Ms. Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, and is scheduled to hold discussions with her Russian counterpart during the visit.

Members of the State Administration Council, Union ministers, and senior officials will also be part of the delegation, reflecting the significance of the high-level diplomatic mission.

Nay Pyi Taw, April 28, 2025 —Myanmar authorities have repatriated 255 foreign nationals involved in online scams and gambling operations, according to an official announcement. The individuals had illegally entered the country through border routes and committed criminal activities in Myawaddy Township, particularly in Min Let Pan, Met Htaut Thalay, and Kyauk Khet areas.

The repatriation was conducted via the Myanmar–Thailand Friendship Bridge No. 2, in accordance with humanitarian principles, international cooperation, and legal procedures. Three additional foreign nationals were also newly identified and detained during ongoing investigations.

Earlier in the day, the Karen State Minister for Social Affairs convened a coordination meeting with departmental officials to ensure that personal data, supporting documents, and repatriation procedures were complete and compliant with legal standards.

Following the meeting, a formal handover ceremony was held, attended by officials from Myanmar, relevant foreign embassies, and Thailand’s immigration authorities. Myanmar officials officially transferred custody of the repatriated individuals to representatives of the respective countries.

Separately, three Indonesian nationals attempting to enter Myanmar illegally through unauthorized routes in the KK Park area of Myawaddy Township were apprehended.

From January 30 to April 28, 2025, a total of 9,043 foreign nationals who entered Myanmar illegally have been detained. Of these, 7,567 individuals have been repatriated through Thailand to their home countries, while 1,475 remain in custody pending repatriation.

The detained nationals originate from countries including China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nepal, Thailand, Rwanda, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Ghana, Bangladesh, Japan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tunisia, Algeria, Congo, Cameroon, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Madagascar, Romania, Liberia, Russia, the Philippines, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Burundi, and Chinese Taipei.

Authorities affirmed that efforts to identify and repatriate foreign nationals entering Myanmar illegally will continue through close interagency cooperation.

NAY PYI TAW, April 28, 2025 —In honor of the monks, nuns, and civilians who lost their lives in the major earthquake that struck on March 28, offering alms to monks and merit-sharing ceremonies were held across the earthquake-affected regions of Myanmar to mark the one-month anniversary.

At the ceremony held in Nay Pyi Taw, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council and Prime Minister, attended and participated in the merit-sharing activities. Together with the attending senior monks, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and high-ranking senior officials viewed a documentary presentation depicting the impact of the Mandalay earthquake.

Following the screening, the Chairman of the State Administration Council, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his wife, Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Vice Senior General Soe Win and his wife, along with other Union-level officials, respectfully presented offerings to the senior monks.

After listening to Dhamma sermons delivered by the senior monks, the ceremony continued with merit-sharing rites, including the pouring of water of dedication in memory of the monks, nuns, and civilians who perished as a result of the Mandalay earthquake. It was also reported that offering of day meals (daytime alms) to the senior monks was performed as part of the event.
